Overview
Total Fence the largest manufacturer/service of fencing products has an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate. Inside Sales Associates work as a tight-knit team within the branches to service fence contractors and retailers by selling fence products.
Responsibilities:
Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers requesting quotes or placing orders.
Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop a solution(s) to best meet their needs Write up and process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
Help customers as they come in to pick up orders.
Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers Process billing and payments
Qualifications:
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
1-2 years of customer service, preferably in fence or construction.
A friendly and professional phone disposition Able to read/write/speak English and Tamil (Hindi)
