Our user-friendly software offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to simplify clinic workflows and boost profitability. We are Hiring for the position of Business Development Executive.

Designation / Position: Business Development Executive (BDE).

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented BDE to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting for new dental practices, generating qualified leads, and converting them into paying customers. You will play a key role in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential dental practice leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies through direct marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Visiting Clinics, Hospitals, and doctors to pitch them Simpld’s software products by assessing their practice requirements.
  • Generate prospects and manage objection handling of customers to product, competition, pricing, and expectations.
  • Manage onboarding of clients and coordinate training process.
  • Create references in the market and drive organic revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work on weekly/monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree & 1+ years of work experience in client-facing B2B sales roles. (Healthcare/software sales experience would be given preference).

Skillsets:

-Proficiency in Tamil, English. Hindi is added advantage.
-Street smart, negotiation, lead generation, and knocking.
-Team player and a strong people person with a strong preference for healthcare, tech, and CRM experience.
-Excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.
-Strong negotiation skills, communication, and presentation skills are required.
-2-wheeler and Driving License is mandatory.
