Job Description
• Design management including the production of conceptual designs, design development and
detailed design
• Possess sound technical knowledge in Static Equipment and process/utility packages and the
required interfaces
• Fully familiar with the discipline software and design review, such as PVELITE and Compress, design
Tank software
• Familiar with all types of FEED and EPIC deliverables, equipment, design and construction progress
reviews
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Experience in engineering of Static equipment/Packages.
• Proficient in preparation of engineering documents and review of vendor documents for various
static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks (Fixed roof and Floating
Roof), reactors, columns, Air coolers etc. & Packages like TEG Packages, Flare Package, Fired Heater
Package, Water treatment Packages, Filtration, Gas treatment packages etc.
• Preparation / Review of Mechanical Data Sheets and Specifications, Material Requisition.
• Ability to Estimation of Equipment size, Electrical load, Dimension & weight data and provide input
to other discipline
• Preparation / Review of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation of the various vendors offers
and TBE and Technical recommendation for purchase
• Interface with other engineering disciplines, client and vendors
• Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and to maintain preferred
Company procedures, specifications, standards, practices and operational requirements.
• Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications
and functional integrity.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in (Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum of 8 to 15 years
Experience in Engineering filed for Oil & Gas sector
Familiar with International / National Codes & Standards such as API, ASME, ISO and ANSI
Work experience in Static Equipment & Packages
