Hiring urgently: Senior Process Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound medical calls to UK and US clients.
Provide accurate information and resolve medical-related queries.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Follow established protocols and procedures for medical calling.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
Meet performance metrics and targets set by the client.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in the
medical or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive issues with
empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
Flexibility to work on Saturdays, if required by the client.
