Hiring urgently: Senior Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound and outbound medical calls to UK and US clients.
 Provide accurate information and resolve medical-related queries.
 Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
 Follow established protocols and procedures for medical calling.
 Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
 Meet performance metrics and targets set by the client.
Qualifications:
 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in the
medical or healthcare industry.
 Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
 Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
 Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive issues with
empathy and professionalism.
 Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
 Flexibility to work on Saturdays, if required by the client.
