Digital Marketing Mgr will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support and lead a team of digital marketers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance-driven results.
Build a scalable, multi-skilled marketing team capable of delivering across branding, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics.
Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, email marketing, and others, to drive engagement and brand growth.
SEO & Content Marketing: Direct SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead content creation that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
Optimize marketing ROI through efficient planning and execution.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
Social Media & Brand Management: Oversee the company’s social media strategy to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across platforms.
Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketers specializing in key areas such as:
