We are in Expanding Mode so we are looking for a Staff for Multiple roles for Coimbatore Location.
1. Customer Support Executive [Only Female Candidates] Salary: Rs. 10,000 /- To Rs. 13,000 /- + Incentives + Accommodation. Exp: 0- 1 Years. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound customer calls. 2. Handle renewals and cancellations. 3. Provide account information and status. 4. Provide workflow assistance. 5. Manage all customer issues and requests. 6. Develop and improve customer experience. 7. Work with IT and Finance teams to resolve customer issues. 8. Manage complaints
2. Networking Technical Engineers [Only Male Candidates]. Salary: Rs. 15,000 /- To Rs. 20,000 /-. + Allowances + Incentives. Two-Wheeler is Mandatory. Roles & Responsibilities: Should Take Care of Broadband Installation & Fault Repair process due to Fiber Cut /Copper Cut / Improper Router Configuration & Crimping Issues.
3. Sales & Marketing Executive. Salary: Rs. 15,000 /- + Allowances + Incentives. Key Skills: We need people with good Sales knowledge, having excellent verbal and written communication skills, and Logical thinking.
