Junior HR Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Executive with at least 1–2 years of experience to support our recruitment efforts at Creative Point, Coimbatore. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling end-to-end recruitment activities.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Prepare and maintain reports for candidate follow-ups
• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Assist with onboarding support and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to work independently
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and online job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
• Must reside within a 15 km radius of the office
• Must be available to work from the office
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
