Job description
As a Receptionist cum Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional greeting. You will manage a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Answer and direct incoming calls, handling inquiries and taking messages.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
Handle scheduling and appointment coordination for meetings or events.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks.
Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
