Cost To Company: 10000 + Incentives + Bonus, Only Full Timers
Shifts Window : Rotational (8AM TO 7PM) & (7AM TO 9PM).
Position Summary: First point of contact to the customers.
Key Responsibilities and Summary:
Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing outbound calls
• Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to
issues;
• Convince the customer to repay the loan taken from mPokket. – Collections
• Need to follow up & complete the Document process. – Onboarding.
• Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets. Based on
target achievement can earn incentive benefits.( Up to 10K)
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
